Firstsource is now hiring Bilingual Account Representatives for our Amherst call center!
We are seeking individuals who can service inbound & outbound collections calls/accounts, professionally respond to inquiries, and create a positive experience for the customer.
You must be able to speak Spanish and English and be able to work 12-9pm.
