We are working with a 200+ unit Apartment Complex in the Irondequoit area of Rochester who is looking for Office help.

We are looking for someone who has worke din the office of an apartment complex and has experience with HUD policies and paperwork.

Position will pay $23-25/hour with a schedule of 830am – 5pm Mon-Fri

Major Responsibilities

• Answering phones and emails
• Meet and greet tenants and new applicants who are interested in applying for residency in the building.
• Creating application packets and preparing for resident interviews.
• Assisting with leasing duties including lease signings and running background/credit checks
• Preparing balance sheets/invoices, etc.
• General administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational matters .
• Highly motivated and self-starter attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
