The Automotive Sales Consultant plays a key role in engaging customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. This team member primarily sells both new and used vehicles and reports directly to the Sales Manager. The commission potential is endless, as we pay higher than industry average for front end gross and will also compensate for any vehicles that you acquire. The role involves close customer interaction, demonstrating product features, negotiating sales, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships without the need for travel. We are searching for candidates that we can grow into mid and high level management roles, with on the job training as you earn.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Demonstrate both new and used vehicles, highlighting key features
• Negotiate sales terms and close transactions effectively
• Provide timely follow-up to maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong product knowledge of new and used vehicles
• Mastery of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Effective problem-solving abilities
