Job Title : Healthcare M&A Investment Banking Associate
Location: Chicago, IL / New York, NY / San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Experience Required: 3+ years
Relocation: Regional
Compensation: Base + Discretionary Bonus

Job Summary

We are hiring a Healthcare M&A Investment Banking Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across the healthcare sector. The role works closely with senior bankers and analysts on healthcare provider, payer, healthtech, and life sciences transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute healthcare M&A and strategic advisory transactions
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations
• Support client meetings, deal execution, and due diligence
• Manage analysts and junior team members
• Assist with business development and sector coverage activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Investment Banking M&A experience
• Healthcare Investment Banking experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience managing or mentoring junior bankers
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and business writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed

Preferred

• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
• Middle-market healthcare M&A experience
• Exposure to provider/services, payer, healthtech, or medtech sectors
