We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to become an essential part of our holistic wellness team. In this role, you will work alongside dedicated professionals, build strong client relationships, and provide therapeutic massage services tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll benefit from a consistent flow of clients who value your expertise and be supported by a team committed to whole-body wellness and exceptional care.

Compensation:

• $15 hour period
• When you have a massage, you pay an additional $30 plus tip
• When you have insurance, a paid-based massage costs an additional $60

Time Requirement:

• Sunday 10-4 pm
• Monday - Thursday 11 am - 7 pm with an hour at 1 pm for lunch

$50 hourly

• Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering relaxation and healing.
• Collaborate with holistic providers to create comprehensive care plans that enhance client wellness.
• Engage in regular case consultations to ensure the highest standard of care and continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring seamless coordination with administrative staff.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, ensuring a positive and therapeutic experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide education on self-care practices post-session.

• Experience in delivering personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of wellness professionals to provide integrated client care.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and professional SOAP notes for client records.
• Strong communication skills to support marketing and outreach efforts, enhancing client retention.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client preferences and clinic requirements.
• The capability to coordinate efficiently with administrative staff for seamless appointment scheduling.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.

Pathways Within is a large collaborative environment with locations in 5 areas of Nassau and Suffolk County. We service clients of all ages and in various states.
