Successful representatives typically have strong communication and time management skills, stay organized, and can handle multiple tasks at once. If you are self-motivated, enjoy working with a supportive team, and are open to coaching and learning, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Our training program is designed to help you succeed. We will guide you through navigating multiple desktop windows and tabs, strengthen your problem-solving skills, and build the confidence you need to become a successful collector.

If you are willing to put in the effort, we will multiply your skills. We can’t coach desire, but we can coach everything else. Apply and start building the confidence to be a successful inside sales representative.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (NO weekends)

  • Environment: In-person, office-based role

  • Compensation: $20 Hourly pay WITH production based bonuses that can be earned on a monthly basis between 2500-3000. ( 85-90% of our employees earn a monthly bonus.)

  • Benefits: Major holidays paid and off
No prior experience necessary (basic knowledge of computer use and reading/writing)
