Job Summary:
Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support. The Assistant Manager directly oversees all aspects of operations and day-to-day routine work of Retail Associates in store. Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision-making authority. The Assistant Manager acts as a knowledgeable representative of our brand and drives culture inside our retail and rental stores. Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $28.04/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:
- Co-lead a team of 5 to 15+ employees with fellow Assistant Store Managers
- Create a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphere
- Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task
- Provide consistent and direct feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members
- Train employees in POS system operations, product knowledge, guest service, guest service and loss prevention policies and procedures
- Authorize merchandise returns and refunds
- Process deliveries and merchandise replenishments
- Manage inventory, stockroom and restocking floor
- Communicate ideas or issues with Store and Regional Managers
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition
- Ensure departments and staff have all necessary supplies
- Administrative duties and other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- 2 years in retail and/or rental experience - preferred
- Knowledge and passion for talent development
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Must be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environment
- Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests
- Familiarity with retail and rental POS system – preferred
- Physically able to perform tasks that require moving up to 50lbs. of weight and able to stand at a workstation for long periods of time while still being mobile at short notice.
- Available to work weekends and holidays consistently throughout the season for full-time shifts
The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $28.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
