What You'll Do Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience that exceeds client expectations. Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance. Develop expert product knowledge to confidently style clients and curate complete wardrobe solutions. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and build long-term client wardrobes. Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, merchandising, and operational excellence. Support inventory management, merchandising, and daily boutique operations. Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering best-in-class luxury service. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewelry, or other high-end client-facing environments. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong clienteling skills with a passion for cultivating lasting relationships. A polished, professional presence and outstanding communication skills. Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and personalized styling.
