Front of House Staff

Kythira NP, an upscale Greek restaurant by Chef Nicholas Poulmentis, is seeking experienced and highly professional Front of House team members to join our opening team.

We are currently hiring:

• Servers

• Bartenders

• Server Assistants / Bussers

• Food Runners

• Barbacks

We are looking for hospitality professionals with experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants who understand the standards, attention to detail, and teamwork required to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates take pride in their craft, maintain a polished and professional presence, and understand that great service depends on preparation, communication, anticipation, and consistent execution.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional hospitality according to established service standards

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the responsibilities and standards of your assigned position

• Work collaboratively with the entire Front of House and Back of House team to ensure seamless service

• Maintain awareness of the dining room and anticipate the needs of guests and fellow team members

• Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of food, beverages, ingredients, and restaurant offerings based on position

• Follow established steps of service, service techniques, and restaurant procedures

• Maintain clean, organized, polished, and fully stocked work areas throughout service

• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and management

• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work thoroughly and efficiently

• Maintain professionalism, composure, and attention to detail during high-volume service

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements applicable to the position

• Previous experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant required

• Strong understanding of professional restaurant service and hospitality standards

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong sense of urgency, timing, and situational awareness

• Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively without constant direction

• Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization

• Ability to remain composed, efficient, and professional during high-volume service

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Reliable, punctual, and highly team-oriented

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as require
