About All Pro NYC
All Pro NYC is a nurse-led healthcare staffing agency with a reputation for excellence, compassion, and real results. We staff healthcare facilities, provide private duty care, and offer CPR/BLS/Dementia training across NYC, Long Island, and beyond. We’re growing fast and launching our “ALL PRO Elite” private duty team this September—now we need a bold, business-minded intern to help us land new contracts and fuel our next chapter.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and research new healthcare partners and business leads
• Drive outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to win new contracts
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client meetings
• Support the launch and growth of new private duty and training services
• Brainstorm and test creative ways to monetize current and new offerings
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and report on progress (we keep it simple—Google Sheets, etc.)
• Attend and represent All Pro NYC at networking events (virtual or in-person as needed)
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to nearby business owners and organizations to build partnerships and strengthen local visibility.
• Support and participate in company events, occasionally held on weekday evenings or weekends, through planning and on-site coordination.
• Represent the company in community outreach initiatives to promote services and expand brand awareness.
• Track outreach activities and provide feedback on effectiveness to improve future strategies.

• Energetic, internet-savvy, and a strong communicator (written & spoken)
• Self-driven: you take initiative and get things done in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Naturally curious, organized, and comfortable with research
• Creative thinker with ideas for growing revenue and community
• Interest in healthcare, staffing, or business development is a big plus
