Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Ability to perform standard outpatient PT interventions and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an outpatient hospital-based clinic preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours vary between 07:00–18:30 Monday through Thursday and 07:00–16:30 Friday.
• Typical site is an outpatient clinic setting within a hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY.
• On-site work at the outpatient clinic location; candidate may be expected to float within the client system if requested.
