Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
About the Opportunity:
The O&M Clerk provides administrative support to organization in the following functions, document control, data gathering, data input, compilation of statistics, producing and reconciling reports related to performance measurements, time reporting, job costing system, vehicle insurance & registration, vehicle registration, typing, coping, distribution of information, filing, telephone and reception duties.
What You'll Do:
- Create & prepares routine reports for the Operations and Maintenance Departments, includes collecting data from all departments and compiling report.
- Maintains system documents, maps, graphs and charts as required by Company and Customer.
- Types, logs, distributes and files bulletins.
- Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
- Make travel arrangements, and update calendar of Department manager when tasked.
- Enter financial data from invoices, bills, receipts, and other documents as required.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Key responsibilities include liaising between departments, supporting staff with administrative duties, ensuring adherence to policies, and handling general clerical tasks, often using Microsoft office applications and other office equipment.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
