We are seeking a Sales Director for the East Coast region who is a motivated and resourceful sales professional. As a key player in our growing team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base by developing and closing new business opportunities. This is a remote role, and you'll report directly to the Managing Director, North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and internal KPIs.
Actively seek out and close new business, focusing on building long-term client relationships.
Become an expert in our full suite of products and solutions, including offerings across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
Manage and grow an individual sales pipeline, securing partnerships that exceed your personal sales targets.
Provide strategic client support, problem-solving, and executive-level relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems (e.g., SalesForce, Boostr, PipeDrive, OutReach).

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with expertise in platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and OLV.
Strong existing relationships with senior media agency decision-makers that can accelerate the sales process.
A self-starter attitude with a true hunter mentality, passionate about closing new business and exceeding targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Deep understanding of the evolving social media landscape.
Solution-oriented mindset for overcoming objections and finding creative ways to win new business.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range: $125,000 - $150,000, plus commission.
Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as experience, location, and performance.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
