Order Processor/Logistics Coordinator

In this role, you are the critical link between international vendors and efficient delivery, ensuring that complex orders are processed with military precision.
salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Your Day-to-Day Impact
- International Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for global vendors, utilizing your English and Spanish fluency to coordinate shipments and resolve logistical hurdles.
- Data Management: Execute high-volume data entry into the company’s CRM system, ensuring every order, shipment, and tracking number is recorded with 100% accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate and maintain vital sales, shipping, and inventory reports to track operational efficiency.
- Administrative Operations: Manage general office tasks, including the processing of delivery paperwork and maintaining digital call logs.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to reconcile inventory and prevent logistical bottlenecks.
- Language Proficiency: Ideally fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) to facilitate clear communication with international partners.
- Technical Savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis) and experience navigating CRM or logistics database software .
- Experience: Proven background in logistics coordination, order processing, or high-level administrative support.
- Accuracy: A meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data sets without error.
