Compensation Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Job Description:
The client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to own day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, manage payroll, and support leadership with reliable financial reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts

• Track, categorize, and maintain operating expenses

• Process and manage payroll through ADP

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks

• Monitor and reconcile revenue streams

• Calculate and process commission payments

• Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

• Support accounts payable activities

• Build and improve financial tracking systems and reporting processes

• Document and standardize bookkeeping procedures

• Collaborate with leadership to provide accurate financial insights

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience

  • Strong QuickBooks experience (Online or Desktop)

  • Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills

  • Experience managing payroll through ADP

  • Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a small company, startup, or high-growth environment

  • Confident, proactive, and highly reliable professional

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Experience with financial services, legal services, or professional services organizations

  • Familiarity with commission calculations and multi-party payouts

  • Exposure to trust accounts, escrow accounts, or payment processors

  • Experience creating process improvements and reporting enhancements

  • Experience working directly with executives, founders, or C-suite leaders
