General Manager
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front- and back-of-house staff
Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
Drive sales through events, promotions, social media and game-day experiences
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and compliance What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Deep understanding of bar operations, inventory control, and cost management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passion for sports and creating memorable guest experiences
Availability to work nights, weekends, and major sporting events What We Offer:
