Porter Qualifications
Required
Morning availability 6am~10pm
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift.
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and special events.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
Previous restaurant, hospitality, or porter experience.
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Experience with event setup and breakdown.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies. (Indeed)
Maintain cleanliness of dining room, patio, restrooms, and common areas.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Support event setup and breakdown.
Receive and organize deliveries.
Remove trash and recycling throughout service.
Restock supplies and assist kitchen and front-of-house teams as needed.
