Sales Executive
We are looking for a Sales Associate, to join a financial technology organization focused on developing technology-driven programs that improve the distribution of insurance products.
We create tailored insurance programs that empower brokers to better serve small business groups. With the platform, brokers can deliver stronger products, better economics, and an improved experience to their affinity group clients, while earning more competitive commissions.
Who are we looking for:
We are seeking highly motivated, high energy, biased toward action Sales Associates to join our sales team. This is an entry-level role that is ideal for recent graduates with 1 - 3 years of professional experience who are looking for clear opportunities for growth in their career, an ability to drive meaningful impact within a startup organization, and be paid for performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in prospecting and qualifying potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and support to partners to ensure their success in integrating andpromoting their insurance program to their users.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to strategy sessions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems, preparing reports, and tracking sales metrics.
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in technology sales, brokerage, management consultant, venture capital, or investment banking.
- Strong interest in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
- High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
Benefits
- Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000 with performance based incentives and up to $120,000 and $200,000 OTE.
