Sales Professional
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality while maximizing sales and building long-term, high-value relationships
- Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge
- Achieve personal sales and clientele goals as well as contribute to increasing the store's overall daily conversion.
- Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through styling and successful outreach
- Maintaining a Customer Book of key clients and VIPs
- Participate in operational responsibilities including deliveries, opening and closing procedures, replenishment, and store FOH & BOH standards. Key Skills:
- A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse at all levels both internally and externally with staff and clientele.
- A self-starter, able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude.
- Structured and organized but nonetheless be approachable and have a flexible outlook.
- Willingness to work hard and always have the intention to drive the business forward.
- Being able to work on several tasks at a time.
- Capable of working to deadlines / ability to prioritize / optimal time management.
- Retail sales and expertise within a luxury business for at least 1-2 years
- Specific understanding of the Comme des Garçons aesthetic, consumer, and sub-brands. Previous experience in selling CDG brands is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. xrczosw Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
