Job Title Senior Brokerage Specialist

Summary

Supporting role on the Retail Brokerage Team for flagship retail transactions in NYC and around the country. The role will prepare materials for clients that include trophy properties with major brands.

• Track Opportunities, Listings, and Deal-Related Expenses
• Maintain and update CRM system
• Handle/document expenses using Workday; assist with travel arrangements
• Review and analyze lease/sale documents
• Work with local brokers to drive direction and implementation of all marketing efforts as it pertains to promotion of specific listings
• Create and edit the content of marketing materials and presentations
• Create and coordinate initial listing presentations and BOVs
• Create proposal responses and pitches
• Maintain local web pages for property websites
• Plan and support client and local C&W events
• Manage due diligence and marketing process with clients for investment sales and leasing projects
• Prepare monthly reports for clients
• Coordinates and organize transaction documents
• Draft proposals with direction

Background and Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience
• 2+ years' experience in real estate or related field
• Real Estate Licensed Preferred but not required (will ideally need to get within 6 months of employment)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and editing marketing materials
• Supported a team with deliverables in prior work experienc
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Power Point and Concep
• Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently
• Experience and knowledge of Client Servicing
