*Desired Schedule: Wed-Friday 1pm-9:30p and Saturday 8a-9:30p
*Desired Schedule #2: Sun 8a-9:30p and Mon-Wed 1p-9:30p
*Be an intricate part of the team providing care to families.
*Work alongside other clinicians in the field to contact, and build rapport with clients residing in this area.
*Be positioned at one site.
*Help navigate medically fragile clients' needs and connect them to the righ care. $76,500+ Great Benefits
