Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Executive Assistant and Client Relations Manager for a part-time, remote role (4 days a week), suitable for candidates based in Brooklyn or NYC. This multifaceted position involves managing the founder's calendar, supporting high-level management tasks, and actively participating in client outreach and relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Assistance: Efficiently manage and organize the founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel.
• Client Relations: Proactively engage in client outreach, build and maintain client relationships, and manage client communications to enhance business growth.
• Project Support: Provide support in overseeing client and internal projects, ensuring projects are on track and meeting objectives.
• Business Development: Assist in outreaching new business opportunities, managing leads through the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in an executive assistant role, with exposure to client relations and project management.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the design industry and alignment with the studio's values of mindfulness and responsible design.
• Apprecaition for excellence and a high attention to detail.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
