  • Partner with developers to break down product requirements into stories and provide functional requirements/acceptance criteria.

  • Assist QA team in understanding the appropriate test cases to ensure test coverage and a high level of code quality.

  • Perform data analysis, identify data patterns and trends and use gathered insights when proposing solutions.

  • Provide constant and iterative feedback to the development team, including identifying bugs and assisting in resolution.

  • Complete functional testing and provide product sign-off when features are ready for a production release.

  • Run meetings, enforce scope, and project manage other teams as necessary to deliver project.

  • Develop processes and tools for tracking usage trends and allow data to inform future development plans.

  • Coordinate deployments and releases, help with business stakeholders to manage communications and training as necessary.

  • Mentor junior members of the Product team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and meet deadlines under tight time constraints.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment consisting of Product, Engineering, and QA resources.

OUR PROCESS

It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1-2 conversations about Vestwell, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer, a portfolio review for a Designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in-person interview panel after that if the screens go well. Before making an offer, our interview process concludes with a references check stage for your recruiter to meet with a current or former supervisor and peer. We prioritize transparency and lack of surprise throughout the process.

For your awareness you will only receive correspondence from [email protected] any other domain not ending in Vestwell.com is not our Recruitment team.
