Evening Driver (M-F)

The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Barnwell is currently seeking an Evening Driver.

• Must have flexible schedule.
• Drivers will assist with Maintenance Department during down-time.

Position Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) Pay Rate: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Core Schedule: Nurses start their evening shift at 3:00pm and end at 11:00pm. Drivers will pick them up from meet-up locations to get them to work on-time for their 3pm start. The Grand Healthcare is seeking a reliable and responsible Staff Driver to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for transporting staff and residents. The role offers flexible hours while ensuring safe and timely transportation for staff to and from their shifts. Key Responsibilities: * Transport Staff to and from predetermined pick-up/drop-off locations or Residents to their scheduled appointments. * Shuttle Staff at Shift Changes: Pick up staff at the beginning of shifts and return them after their shifts. For example, transporting staff at the start of a shift (6 AM) and returning them at the end of their shift (2 PM). * Timeliness: Ensure staff and residents are transported safely and on time to their shifts and appointments. * Flexible Hours: Adapt to varying schedules, with resident appointments as early as 5AM and staff schedules as late as 11PM * Maintenance: Assist with maintenance department during down time. Staff Driver Requirements: * Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license is required. * Clean Driving Record: No traffic violations or points on driving record. * Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States. * Flexible Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts and adaptable to varying start and end times. * Dependable & Responsible: Must be reliable and have strong problem-solving skills. * Team Player: Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to smooth operations.
