Spray Foam Applicator

Niagara Falls. United Thermal Systems. Spray Foam Appllicator. $26 - $28/hour.

United Thermal Systems is a rapidly growing spray foam and fireproofing company that specializes in applications for Commercial/Industrial/Educational roofing, insulation, and fireproofing projects throughout Western New York. We are currently looking for additional spray foam technicians to join us as we expand our operations.

New employees will have the opportunity to learn the application and processes of spray foam roofing, roofing coatings, interior spray foam, fireproofing, proper use of all equipment, and advanced safety procedures.

• Assist in receiving and unloading trucks.
• Ability to read and understand spray charts and material thickness.
• Must be able to operate boom lift and scissor lift.
• Must be able to use a Graco Reactor to apply spray foam and be able to diagnose any small issues as well as breakdown and clean equipment daily.
• Track daily production rates.
• Communicate with immediate supervisor on scheduling and material orders.
• Communicate with general contractor and other trades.
• Follow direction with minimal supervision.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.
• Work off scissor lifts, boom lifts, and scaffolding.
• Spray foam application experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to work out of town on occasions.
• Minimum of 2 years spray experience preferred.
• Ability to apply material per manufacturers recommendations/Technical Data Sheets.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret spray charts and drawings.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean drivers license.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently life and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.
