Prep Cook
The Four Horsemen is a Michelin Starred restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our cooks work in a fast paced and ambitious environment with high standards and a changing seasonal menu. We are a small team in a positive work environment fueled by our dedication and seriousness towards our craft. We're looking for a full time prep cook to join our team -- preferably a seasoned candidate who has working knowledge of sourdough bread making, pastry, and seafood prep.
