Bartender

The menu celebrates Italy’s rich regional traditions through Chef Ladner’s unique and visionary lens. This is complemented by a world-class wine program featuring benchmark producers and rare, cellar-worthy gems, recently recognized with the Star Wine List Award for Best Italian Wine List in New York and Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence.
Behind the bar, classic Italian aperitivo and amaro culture meet modern technique, with thoughtful interpretations of both classic and contemporary cocktails. The result is a bar program that feels distinctly Babbo: classic, playful, deeply Italian, and unmistakably New York.
Now Hiring: An enthusiastic and skilled Bartender with a passion for Italian spirits, cocktails, wine, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and warmth to every guest interaction — crafting drinks with finesse while delivering genuine, thoughtful hospitality. This position offers a comprehensive package including:- An hourly rate of $11.35 + tips

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant/bar
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, Italian spirits, and amari
- Experience with classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar while delivering prompt, friendly service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
