In this role, you will:

• Perform assigned tasks at cleaning sites, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Assist in moving supplies and equipment as needed.
• Notify supervisor of problems/difficulties in performing job duties.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and notify the team leader when the need for replenishment arises.
• Notify the team leader if the equipment is not working properly.

We require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Qualified NYS Driver’s License
• At least six months of porter cleaning experience or completion of the ACCES–VR porter training program
• Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor; ability to understand instructions given by supervisor
• Some training in the use of commercial cleaning equipment
• Carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing experience
