Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active New York state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Must have prior US Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
• Ability to complete facility onboarding and background checks per facility requirements.
