Controls Engineer
Controls Engineer (100-120K)
We are seeking a Controls Engineer to work for a World Class Manufacturer near the Oneida, NY area.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design machine control systems using AutoCAD. Sizing and selection of VFD’s, filters, motors, protection devices, PLC’s, HMI’s.
- Edit, modify, and program Allen Bradley PLC’s.
- Manage the installation and commissioning of machinery (30% travel to local facilities).
- Provide technical support to maintenance (troubleshooting and upgrades).
Education and Experience :
- BSEE, BSEET, BS in Mechatronics or related and 5+ years of experience. Will also consider multiple years of equivalent experience in lieu of formal degree.
- Experience with PLC’s, HMI’s and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code and machine safety standard.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in US without restriction indefinitely.
