Credit Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 2-3 years of corporate credit experience. Ideal candidates will possess experience with an emphasis on high yield, loans and convertibles. He/she will also work closely with other parts of the firm’s Investment Team, including Merger Arbitrage and ETF
- Ideal Candidate must possess the following:
o Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills
o Experience analyzing bond covenants
o Familiarity with high yield and/or convertible trading
o Strong attention to detail
o Excellent communication skills
o Team-oriented attitude
Compensation is commensurate with experience:
o Base Salary range $110,000.00- $150,000.00
o Discretionary-Bonus eligible

Experience
Ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years experience with catalyst-driven investment ideas, including:
o M&A
o Asset Sales
o Refinancings and de-levering plays
o Litigation
o Other Credit Special-Situations
This is an ideal hybrid opportunity for a credit analyst who is looking for an opportunity to help grow an event-driven credit business while significantly contributing to the firm’s existing businesses.
