Distribution Line Leader 1st shift

What you´ll do

• Coordinate order consolidation, shipment completion, and required paperwork to meet requested delivery dates.
• Lead packing activities to maximize labor efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Train personnel on sealer equipment and packing processes.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Track and maintain KPIs and daily statistics to ensure performance goals are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain open communication to resolve errors quickly.
• Support Amazon order coordination, including portal data entry, ASN label printing, verification, and on-time pickup follow-up.

What makes you a good fit

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Hours: 7:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday
• 6+ months of relatable experience
• Strong computer skills are required, and experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
• Ability/desire to collect and analyze data in support of project related activities.
• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Related shipping and packing experience with leadership skills preferred.
• The position is in the Distribution Center and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 70 pounds. No restrictions for reaching, bending, stooping or lifting.

The salary for this role is $18.50 - $22.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
