Our menu showcases thoughtfully prepared dishes, including our standout beef tongue grilled until tender and juicy, served with wasabi and pickled vegetables, and paired with our signature slow-cooked beef tongue soup. We believe in elevating traditional techniques and creating an engaging experience for every guest.
Your Role:
- Prepare and cook line items with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
- Master our beef tongue preparation techniques and other signature dishes
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during service
- Contribute ideas to refine recipes and cooking methods
- Work efficiently during peak service while maintaining composure and focus
