What We're Hiring For:
We are looking for SLPs with experience or interest in:

• Pediatric Settings: Early intervention, schools (Pre-K through 12), autism spectrum disorders, speech and language delays, AAC, and feeding disorders

• Adult & General Populations: Post-acute rehab, skilled nursing, home health, outpatient therapy, voice and swallowing disorders, stroke recovery, cognitive communication disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs/plan of care)

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients based on clinical needs

• Document progress, treatment sessions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home strategies

• Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current and active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain in applicable state)

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but CFs are encouraged to apply

• Pediatric or adult experience depending on caseload preference

• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
