Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handling the fundamental aspects of the organization's financial record keeping and recording accounting transactions.


• Processing all accounts payable and receivable, bank statement reconciliations, general ledger posting using QuickBooks.


• Payroll processing, invoicing, and job costing.


• Managing employee health insurance and 401k.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required.


• Payroll processing, invoicing and job costing.


• General Accounting knowledge, Bookkeeping, AP/AR, Payroll.


• QuickBooks certified.

Compensation: $65,000+
