Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Kingston, NY, providing home health services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. This role emphasizes homecare practice and offers the opportunity to serve patients across Ulster County while working from a Kingston office base. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience required. Experience using Homebase is preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned coverage area, including Kingston and south of Kingston regions in Ulster County.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior homecare physical therapy experience.
• Experience with Homebase scheduling/documentation platform.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• On-call/weekend requirement: No on call. One weekend per month required.
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient, starting point from Kingston office location.
• Coverage area: Starting in Kingston and south of Kingston region for Ulster County. Floating within the coverage area may be required.
