About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at ShopMy, you will play a key role in shaping our product roadmap, working cross-functionally to develop and enhance our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and client-facing teams to drive user-centric innovations that support our growth. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals, market trends, and user needs.
- Roadmap Development: Build and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on user experience, scalability, and long-term growth.
- Feature Development: Own the end-to-end development of key product initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to bring product ideas to life and ensure smooth execution.
- User Insights & Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data, customer feedback, and industry insights to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
- Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on insights to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high growth startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a user-centric mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

New York Pay Range
$150,000—$175,000 USD
