About the Role

As the Front Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our cafe’s daily operations. From ensuring smooth service to managing the team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service.

- Managing and scheduling staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.

- Handling inventory and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.

- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

- Supporting the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

- Collaborating with the management team to implement new ideas and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
