Scarpetta (NoMad) is looking for a Host to provide consistent customer service through direct engagement as part of LDV Hospitality’s overall guest enjoyment!

What We Look For in You:
- High School education preferred; will need basic reading and arithmetic skills and understanding
- One to three years previous experience preferred
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills; strong customer service background
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand and bend would be required

Essential Duties:
- Engagement with guests in a professional, calm, welcoming manner
- Constant communication done with clarity
- Uses LDV standards of engagement for all service techniques
- Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guests inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and smiling
- Operation of reservations system
- Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials
- Follow and adhere to all standards set forth by the Board of Health
- Performs other related activities as assigned

The original Scarpetta opened in New York City’s Meatpacking District in 2008 to a critically acclaimed 3-star review from the NY Times.
