**Location:** Remote (US-Friendly Time Zones Preferred)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

## About Us

We are building next-generation _Web3_ products that connect decentralized finance, digital ownership, and real-world utility. Our team is focused on creating intuitive user experiences that make _blockchain_ technology accessible to mainstream users.

We are looking for a talented Product Designer who can transform complex _Web3_ concepts into elegant, user-friendly products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and leadership to design experiences that drive adoption and engagement across our ecosystem.

## What You'll Do

* Lead end-to-end product design for _Web3_ applications across desktop and mobile platforms.
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define product requirements and user experiences.
* Simplify complex _blockchain_ workflows including wallets, _token_ transactions, staking, governance, _NFT_ interactions, and _DeFi_ features.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
* Design and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
* Translate business objectives and technical constraints into intuitive product experiences.
* Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
* Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
* Continuously improve user journeys through experimentation, analytics, and user feedback.

## What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
* Experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
* Strong portfolio showcasing product design process, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
* Experience creating design systems and scalable UI components.
* Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience designing _Web3_, _blockchain_, _crypto_, _DeFi_, _NFT_, or fintech products.
* Familiarity with _wallet_ experiences such as _MetaMask_, WalletConnect, or embedded _wallet_ solutions.
* Understanding of _blockchain_ concepts including _smart contracts_, _token_ standards, and decentralized applications (dApps).
* Experience working with data-heavy dashboards and financial products.
* Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or design-to-code workflows.
* Experience designing for multi-chain ecosystems and cross-platform applications.
