About the Role

G-Star Enterprises, Inc. is a New York-based environmental remediation and restoration company seeking a driven Sales Representative to develop new business within the commercial and industrial sectors.

This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience in B2B sales and strong connections with property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business leads in commercial and industrial markets
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients
  • Identify opportunities for remediation and restoration projects
  • Coordinate with internal estimating and operations teams
  • Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to project award

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales (environmental remediation, restoration, or related services preferred)
  • Existing network in NYC commercial sectors strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently
  • Understanding of remediation terminology is a plus

Compensation

  • Commission-based only
  • 5% – 10% commission per secured project
  • Typical project values: $10,000 – $500,000+
  • Potential earnings per deal: $500 – $50,000+
  • No cap on commissions
