This is your chance to lead and motivate our front-of-house team, ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of hospitality.

• Guest Relations : Set the tone for personalized service by using guest names, building genuine relationships, and ensuring every table is personally touched.
• Team Leadership : Supervise, guide, and inspire the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Service Oversight : Partner with the kitchen and service teams to deliver flawless operations and impeccable service.
• Problem Solving : Anticipate guest needs and handle any concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Scheduling & Staff Management : Oversee team schedules, training, and operational needs to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Hospitality Standards : Uphold and enforce the property’s exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar front-of-house leadership role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and team members.
• Strong leadership abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A polished, professional demeanor and an authentic passion for hospitality excellence.
