A Cancer Center located at hospital is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for locum tenens coverage.
About the Facility LocationThe facility is located in Queens, New York.
About the Clinician's WorkdayThis role includes clinic and some inpatient work, with clinic volumes of 9-12 patients per half-day session. The schedule is Monday-Friday with a 1:3 call rotation, and inpatient consults are shared among three other medical oncologists for one half-day. The position offers full support staff, uses Epic EMR, and has a three-week credentialing timeline. Candidates must be board-certified in Medical Oncology with an active New York license.
