Print Production Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Print Production Assistant to support the coordination and execution of high-volume print advertising campaigns. This role is critical to ensuring that creative assets move efficiently through production pipelines and are delivered on time across a variety of formats, including transit, outdoor, and large-scale print ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, advertising agencies, marketing departments, and commercial printers to keep projects on track
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Troubleshoot production issues on both client and vendor sides, proactively resolving delays or technical issues
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders by phone and email, providing clear updates and gathering necessary information
- Maintain detailed tracking and documentation using Excel and internal systems
- Ensure all specifications and requirements for print production are followed accurately
- Learn and adhere to established internal procedures and workflows (training provided)
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Comfortable with technical details and troubleshooting production-related issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in print production or marketing operations is a plus (but not required; training will be provided)
