Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed PMHNP to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth. This is a fully remote 1099 position offering autonomy, flexibility, and consistent referral volume.

Compensation
70/30 revenue split (clinician receives 70% of collected revenue)
Typical earnings: $120–$200+ per evaluation and $70–$120 per follow-up , depending on payer mix and visit type

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide medication management and follow-up care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with administrative support staff as needed

Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in Colorado (required)
• Board certification (PMHNP-BC)
• Active DEA license with prescriptive authority in Colorado
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry or telehealth preferred
• Reliable internet and private workspace
