1. Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Supervise, train, and meet with the bussers daily. In charge of maintaining and cleaning the entire patio and dining room seating area. Ensure that member satisfaction standards are consistently met. Monitors and ensures that all table bussers’ job tasks are performed to the highest club standards in a timely manner.

1. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)

1. Coordinates service between kitchen, snack bar and members/guests.
2. Inspects all tables and chairs daily for proper appearance.
3. Enforces established club rules, regulations, and policies.
4. Be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
5. Reviews table diagrams, guest tables and other function set-up needs.
6. Conducts daily line-up (with all bussers) to ensure smooth, efficient service; assigns stations and coordinates teams for servicing all areas.
7. Ensures that all busser staff are well-groomed and in proper uniform.
8. Works with entire staff to ensure all tables and chairs are in the proper location and cleared of all cobwebs.
9. In charge of training, supervising, and evaluating busser staff.
10. Assures the neatness, cleanliness, and safety of all areas.
11. Completes an after-shift evaluation to improve quality and efficiency of the table busser services.
12. Ensures that all appropriate areas are swept of all sand and umbrellas are up and positioned correctly.
13. Attends Department meetings.
14. Manages the inventory of silverware to be rolled daily (recommends when it needs to be ordered).
15. Interacts with Members and guests to ensure all needs are being met. Informs Assistant Manager of all issues that should be addressed.
16. Ability to work nights and/or overtime as needed for special events.
17. Ensures that state and local laws and the club’s policies and procedures are consistently followed.
18. Adhere to strict cell phone and electronic device policy.
19. Completes other appropriate assignments done by the Assistant Manager or GM.
