Corporate Lawyer
Our client, a highly regarded midtown Manhattan full-service law firm with 150+ attorneys, seeks a mid- to senior-level French-speaking Corporate attorney to join their International Corporate practice. The ideal candidate with 6-8 years of outside general counsel corporate transactional experience, including:
The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.- Overseeing M&A and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, document review, identification of legal and commercial risks, drafting, and closing
- Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements
- Advising French clients on U.S. Corporate governance and operational matters
- Handling stock transfer agreements, joint venture arrangements, corporate reorganization, and mergers
- Providing practical legal advice on day-to-day company operations
