What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of heavy-duty trailer bodywork and mechanical repair.
• Communication: Strong skills for working with service managers, service writers, and customers.
• Tools: Must provide your own tools and toolbox.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• Motivation: Efficient, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
• Technical Skills:
  • Brake jobs.
  • Air system repairs.
  • Axle work.
  • Welding.
  • Cutting with a torch.
  • Container repairs.
  • Patches.
  • Door repairs/replacements.
  • Reefer repair.
