? Role Breakdown:
? 80% leading & coaching the sales team
? 20% managing your own book of business
? What You’ll Do:
? Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team
? Manage pipeline, performance, and follow-up discipline
? Sell to mid-market & C-level clients
? Jump into key deals to help close
? Drive revenue growth and team success
? Who You Are:
✅ Proven B2B sales experience
✅ Leadership or team management background
✅ Strong communicator & negotiator
✅ Organized, driven, and goal-oriented
? Compensation:
$100K base + benefits + uncapped commissions
