Reservationist - Evening Shifts

Buddakan , the iconic flagship from STARR Restaurants, transports guests to a world where the grandeur of 16th-century Paris meets the serenity of Asia. Beneath soaring ceilings, dramatic chandeliers, and amidst larger-than-life design, guests gather to experience a vibrant menu of shareable pan-Asian cuisine inspired by multiple traditions. Dim sum and noodle soups to seafood and house specilaities like the restaurant's whole Peking duck join a bevy of elegant wines and speciality cocktails on a menu made to suit any celebration.

We are seeking a polished, personable, and hospitality-driven Reservationist to serve as one of the first points of contact for our guests. In this role, you will help shape the guest experience before they even walk through our doors, managing reservations, anticipating guest needs, and delivering thoughtful, gracious service with every interaction. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining warmth, professionalism, and composure.

This evening-shift role requires the ability to work a core schedule from 4 PM - 11 PM.

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in reservations, hosting, guest relations, or a similar hospitality-focused role preferred
• Experience using OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, or other reservation management platforms preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a warm, polished, and engaging demeanor
• Ability to remain organized and composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality
